Success starts by doing right by our people, so Kieran supports Madano with its people practices, making sure we attract the best talent, nurture and develop current employees and making our place of work challenging, fulfilling, safe and rewarding as possible.

Before joining Madano, Kieran has held similar roles across the construction, retail and education sectors and most recently, leading HR for a not-for-profit social enterprise.
